A bit about me.
I'm Kai. I'm based in London, spend as much time as I can in New York, and seem to have developed a habit of starting businesses.
My background is in lead generation. Somewhere along the way, I became slightly obsessed with cold calling.
Not necessarily the calling itself, but everything that makes it work. Finding the right people, hiring good callers, getting through to decision-makers and turning conversations into opportunities.
Fun fact: I've never made a cold call. I don't plan to.
That led me to start Hire A Cold Caller, helping companies recruit and run cold calling teams.
Then I started building software.
I had no traditional development background, but AI made it possible to start turning ideas into working products. One of those became Will This Person Answer, which helps sales teams work out who's worth calling before they pick up the phone.
Now I'm building businesses, experimenting with AI and automation, and seeing how much one person can actually achieve without needing a huge team.
I'm still figuring most of it out. That's part of what makes it interesting.

Built Hire A Cold Caller, helping businesses find and recruit dedicated cold callers. So far, I've helped place around eight full-time callers.

Built and launched Will This Person Answer, a tool that helps sales teams work out which phone numbers are worth calling before they start dialling.

Worked on specialist recruitment outreach campaigns across legal and life sciences, helping firms reach people who aren't actively looking for a new job.

Started building software and automations using AI, without a traditional development background. It's completely changed what I'm able to create.
